As usual this event is over-priced….12 pounds for my wife and I is more than we can afford. To say only 6 pounds shows you are out of touch with the average local and surely the lack of attendance bears this out…..Mick Warner

I was there yesterday with my wife and kids and I thought £6 was good value. I spent all afternoon at the show, the kids had a great time on the skateboards and climbing wall and I thought the bmx show was amazing. The attendance was not very high which is a shame for the event but for me my kids didn’t have to wait around to get on the activities! I don’t think it is because of the ticket price that there were not many people there, maybe just not enough people knew about the event? I too am what you would call ‘an average local’ and was really happy with my day!

@Mick Warner: Sorry to here that £6 was more than you could afford. I’ve been helping to raise the profile of the event for the Riviera Centre and have no say on the ticket price but is something that I will pass on to the event organisers for the next event.

After attending the event though I feel that the £6 ticket price was good value for money. I went with my family and friends, the children under 5 were free and we all had a great day. The main event show was fantastic and really got the crowd going with exciting stunts from the bmx trial bikers and free runners. We all got involved and had a go on the street surfing, climbing wall, bucking bronco, brush boarding and laser games. The kids loved the spider mountain and bouncy castle! All in all a great day.

@Tom: Glad you had a great time, hopefully the event will be back next year!
